These are a few photos for some recent additions in Cookstown and surrounding area. There are actually three properties below.
The first is a large addition to the rear of the home with a full basement. The addition consisted of three additional bedrooms, a walk-in closet and ensuite. There is also a walk-out to the rear deck from the master bedroom and hallway.
The second is a two story addition to the rear and side of an older bungalow. The addition added two bedrooms, ensuite, walk-in closet, family room and garage.
The third addition was on the rear second floor of an old farmhouse. The area was originally used for storage as it had low headroom. The old area was removed and replaced with a new floor, higher walls, and of course a new roof. The new construction blends in perfectly with the older part of the house and will be used as a huge master bedroom.
