Our minimum service starts at just one hour and we charge only for the actual hours we work, with all charges discussed ahead of time. We supply the materials and we will warrant them for one year.
We begin your project by introducing ourselves to you at an initial meeting to learn your requirements and discuss relevant work in our portfolio that showcase our high standard of craftsmanship. To help you decide if we are the right contractor for you, we always make available references.
Whether you only have a rough idea of what you want or a clear picture that you want to bring to life, we work with you throughout the design process. We can match styles and colours from a picture or an existing piece or we can start from scratch to create a piece that is truly one of a kind.
The design process usually begins with a rough sketch to determine the basic idea. From there we create a working drawing of all the components to help visualize the final product.
If you decide to proceed with us on a project, we sign a contract, and, if you wish, we show you our liability insurance.
Once the detailed contract is signed, it governs the work. The work begins as scheduled, and you make any changes or ask for extra work by signing change orders to the contract. As work begins, we deal with any concerns through day-to-day communications. We know that a smoothly run project, completed on schedule, is our best chance for future recommendations and referrals.
